How could this happen?
If you previously asked me via email to cancel your subscription and want to rejoin the FALCON Family (continue your subscription), I am happy for your decision. Please click here and fill in the missing fields of the registration form.
If you didn’t cancel but your subscription is inactive, there may be a problem with your card below. Please check your card details here and if they seem to be incorrect or the card has expired in the meantime then fill in the form below with your new card details and click the Update Card button.
If your card details seem to be correct you may not have sufficient funds on the card for the transaction to go through. Fund your account first and feel free to fill in the form with your card details again, then click the Update Card button and the payment should be successful.
IMPORTANT: Once you update your card details and submit this form the payment will be made. The price you’ll pay is exactly the same that you registered with, the discount code you used will still be applied.
